You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be refunded to your registered bank account after deducting any applicable fees or wagering requirement deficits.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with balances below Rp 10.000 may be closed automatically. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before closing dormant accounts with significant balances.
